Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.
Returns or exchanges are accepted in the following cases:
- You received an incorrect product
- The product has a manufacturing defect
- The item was damaged in transit
- The size delivered does not match your order
In such cases, Ziyaara will bear the return shipping charges.
Exchange Requests
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, our team will gladly assist you.
Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of your request.
Returns for Personal Preferences
If you wish to return an item due to personal preferences (other than damage or defect), we offer:
- Store Credit for the order value, or
- Replacement item of your choice
Refunds (where applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 4–8 business days after the returned product passes our quality check.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via secure bank transfer.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return or exchange, please ensure that:
- The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Original tags, packaging, and labels are intact
- The product is returned in the same condition as received
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To request a return or exchange:
- Email us at support@ziyaara.in with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- Our support team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
- Once approved, we’ll share the return pickup or shipping details with you.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images. Our team will prioritize your request and arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
